The calcined sludge is bagged and transported to sandcrete production site

Drying the Sludge

At our processing site, the sludged is dried for further processing

Sandcrete Block Production

The calcined sludge is used as binder in the production of sandcrete blocks for the construction industry

Since the conception of

Calcined Alum Sludge Idea

We have concluded the feasibility studies together with our partners Spaak CS, RHDHV and Netics BV with funding support from Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) to prove the efficacy of using calcined alum sludge as clinker replacement. At this stage, we are certain of replacing up to 20% clinker for cement production. We are currently working on developing the product further (R&D) with funding support from RVO and our Dutch Partners.
